
Clark Dancy
Clark Dancy is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). He is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F). Clark utilizes an objective, phase-based approach to guide decision-making in both rehabilitation and performance training, helping athletes and tactical professionals safely return from injury while enhancing overall physical readiness and resilience.
Clark earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Towson University and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Methodist University. Prior to graduate school, he gained experience as a strength and conditioning coach working with athletes across multiple sports in the private sector. During graduate school, he had the opportunity to work with soldiers from the 18th Airborne Corps and 82nd Airborne Division in both rehabilitation and performance settings at Fort Bragg. Following graduation, Clark worked as a performance physical therapist in an outpatient sports medicine setting in the DMV region. Throughout his career, he has worked with a wide range of populations including team sport athletes, firefighters, police officers, SWAT personnel, active-duty and retired military members, as well as CrossFit, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and HYROX athletes. In addition to patient care and performance training, he has also contributed to the education and mentorship of sports physical therapy residents and clinical staff.
Outside of his professional career, Clark is an avid powerlifter, outdoorsman, and fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others optimize performance and longevity.
