
Deanna Busteed
Deanna is a Performance Dietitian for The Intrepid Spirit Center at A.T Augusta Medical Center at Fort Belvoir, and O2X Nutrition Specialist.
She previously served for 10 years/seasons as the Sports Dietitian for George Mason's Center for Sports Performance, servicing over 500 Division I athletes, and is a member of the adjunct faculty teaching in the College of Education and Human Development. Deanna also serves as a Senior Fellow for the Center for the Advancement of Wellbeing, an interdisciplinary research and teaching center at George Mason University dedicated to catalyzing human well-being.
Additionally, she is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and holds a specialty 140 hour Trauma Senstive YogaFit Warriors certification. Deanna is passionate about teaching Mind body movement (Yoga, Pilates and Barre) to people of all ages and uses a trauma informed approach to ensure a safe space for all participants.
