He enjoys training on a regular basis, as he feels what we do in fitness (the weight room, gym, field, etc.) translates to the real world. Erik practices this by playing sports, getting outdoors, high-intensity training, weightlifting, CrossFit™, and improving his aerobic fitness by running and chasing his dog. He is passionate about making his patients and clients push themselves harder and further than they ever imagined, using a practical approach that turns exercise and nutritional science into easy-to-follow steps for action.
