Jessica Visintainer
Dr. Jessica Visintainer is an O2X Injury Prevention Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in injury prevention, human performance, and return-to-duty optimization for tactical and high-performing populations. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University, where she developed a strong foundation in biomechanics, sports science, and evidence-based rehabilitation.
With a background in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, Dr. Visintainer focuses on identifying movement inefficiencies, reducing injury risk, and building long-term durability. She holds advanced certifications in the Mulligan Concept, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, BFR training, and run gait analysis, and has been published for developing home-based vestibular rehabilitation programs to expand access to care.
Dr. Visintainer is the founder of V3 Physical Therapy, an elite sports performance practice working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. She specializes in working with field, court, endurance, and tactical athletes—individuals for whom performance is not optional. Her approach integrates advanced manual therapy, movement analysis, and sport-specific training to address not just where an athlete hurts, but why—and what it takes to return stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the demands of their role.
Her current work includes the development and implementation of neurocognitive performance programming focused on improving dual-tasking capacity in both athletes and aging populations. This includes identifying subtle deficits that may not be captured in standard concussion screening, with the goal of optimizing return-to-play readiness, reducing residual cognitive deficits, and enhancing decision-making and performance under load.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Visintainer serves as a public speaker delivering education on injury prevention, resilience, and performance optimization. Her teaching emphasizes practical application, helping individuals and teams translate evidence-based principles into actionable strategies in the field.
When she is not supporting her athletes, Dr. Visintainer is an endurance multisport athlete with a background in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, providing firsthand insight into the physical and mental demands of high-performance environments.
