
Joshua Stuart Shor
Josh Stuart-Shor is a Manager of Integrated Programs and Workshop Lead for O2X, where he leads the delivery and execution of human performance programs for tactical athletes and client organizations. In this role, Josh drives program effectiveness through strategic engagement, on-site leadership, and close partnership with clients to ensure high-impact implementation and sustained results. As a trained mediator and facilitator, he brings a deliberate, people-centered approach to strengthening organizational culture, improving communication, and enhancing overall team performance.
Prior to joining O2X, Josh served in the United States Army as an Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division before earning his Green Beret and going on to serve in the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg, NC. During his military career, he led and operated in complex environments across multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Central Asia, earning numerous awards and decorations for his service. From 2015 to 2016, Josh participated in the Army’s Tactical Human Optimization Rapid Rehabilitation & Reconditioning Program (THOR3) while recovering from combat-related injuries—an experience that shaped his long-term commitment to human performance, resilience, and recovery.
Following nearly a decade of service, Josh transitioned from the military to continue his leadership in high-performance environments. In addition to his work with O2X, he serves as a Lieutenant in a major metropolitan fire department, where he leads teams in dynamic, high-stakes situations. Josh holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Massachusetts Boston and applies that expertise to lead, develop, and support individuals and organizations in achieving sustainable performance outcomes.
He resides in Boston, MA, with his wife, Jessica, their four children—Camden, Abigail, Harrison, and Anne—and their dog, Buck. Outside of work, Josh and his family enjoy skiing, hiking, and fly-fishing in the mountains of Vermont
