Kevin Dautel
Kevin is an Instructor with O2X Human Performance, where he has spent the last 6 years training tactical athletes in the military, government/federal agencies, and first responder communities. With over 12 years of coaching experience, Kevin focuses on building high-level performance that actually lasts.
A graduate of Castleton University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Kevin holds a CSCS and has completed the OPEX CCP program, specializing in individualized program design and long-term athlete development. Kevin has been head coach of multiple CrossFit gyms and holds a CrossFit Level 2 certificate.
Throughout his career, Kevin has worked with a wide range of people—from Olympic lifters and elite gymnasts to tactical operators and those returning from injury. His approach is backed by hands-on training with the Active Life Immersion program, where he learned to better assess and create programs for athletes struggling with joint pain or mobility issues. He has also coached under Olympians David Durante and Chad Vaughn through PowerMonkey Fitness, focusing on technical proficiency in gymnastics and weightlifting.
Kevin’s goal is simple: helping people get better every day by using smart, individualized programming to help them reach their goals and move pain-free.
